This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Organization is the key to student success and that’s exactly what I want to give my students next school year, a structured, supportive start. I'm requesting academic planners for each of my students to help them take ownership of their learning, manage their time effectively, and build the executive functioning skills they need to thrive.

As a teacher of both general education and students with IEPs, I’ve seen how much a simple tool like a planner can transform a student’s ability to stay on track with assignments, remember important deadlines, and reduce stress.

Many of my students don’t have access to personal planners or the resources to purchase them on their own, but with your support, every student in my classroom can have this essential tool.

These planners will be used daily for homework tracking, goal setting, reflection, and communication with families. With a consistent system in place, students will build habits that lead to academic independence and lifelong success.
