Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

An organized Preschool classroom is necessary to meet the needs of our students. We will have at least 20 students who are ready to learn skills necessary to be successful. Showing my students that every item has its proper location will make our class run more efficiently.

We will use the round table for small group instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.

This will allow the teachers to provide instruction in a small group setting. We will use the sensory items to teach social and emotional lessons. This is the first time that many of our students have been in a school setting. By providing sensory materials, we can teach our students how to express and manage their emotions in a positive manner.

At the end of the year, it is wonderful to see the progress that our students make in one year. Having an organized classroom will help meet the needs of our diverse bilingual students.
