Pioneer Elementary PBIS

Help me give my students rewards to work for! We are trying to get our PBIS up and running more effectively. This is a behavior-focused system that allows students to get rewards for positive behavior.

My Project

we have wide range of behaviors. We want to create incentives for students to do the right thing, but also to reward the students who are already doing these things.

We are trying to get our PBIS, Positive Behavior Intervention System, up and running more effectively.

This is a behavior-focused system that allows students to get rewards for positive behaviors. When students do things that are expected to do or go over and beyond, they receive a Paw Ticket. These tickets can be used to purchase items, such as candy, pop, fidgets, coupons, etc. We currently are only able to have the Paw Shop every 9 weeks due to funds. We would like to have the shop available every two or three weeks for more motivation to make the right choices. We also want to allow students to save up their Paw Tickets for bigger rewards every 9 weeks. We are hoping this evidenced based system helps improve our school environment and filters into a better community!
