Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The Fancy Nancy and Pinkalicious books and characters promote creativity, vocabulary, and self-expression. They offer positive lessons on friendship, kindness, acceptance, self-awareness, and overcoming challenges. The books are encouraging and fun with bright colors and teach values and how to make life special. There are positive social-emotional skills like resilience while also focusing on imagination, moderation and healthy habits.

Fancy Nancy and Pinkalicious inspire kids to find their voice and become more independent.

The books and characters have positive themes. They teach lessons about friendship, kindness, accepting others, and handling personal struggles. The characters encourage a love of art and community.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
