My Project

I recently attended the Ron Clark Academy Experience in Atlanta, Georgia. One thing I took back with me is that I need to introduce my students to more poetry. This project will provide books that will intrigue my students imagination and creativity.

Reading scores in the United States are extremely low.

With this project I will be able to introduce poetry and authors that will enhance vocabulary and comprehension skills within my classroom. My hope is to inspire my students to read poetry and stories that they may have never seen before.
