Picture This: First Ever Yearbook Class Needs Cameras!
Help me give my students the tools they need for our very first official yearbook class this year. As of right now we do not currently have functioning cameras to capture all of the memories!
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This year, we have our very first official yearbook class and we are beyond excited. However, we currently do not have all of the tools we need in order to support this group and to make sure that we are able to capture all of the beautiful moments over the course of the year.
With these new cameras and accessories, my students will be able to learn the ins and outs of photography and digital design as well as be able to create a beautiful yearbook from start to finish to honor and celebrate all of their hard work these last few years in high school.
These students are extremely driven and have repeatedly requested space for this class. We finally got enough students to sign up, but we now need help with some of the supplies. These cameras would make a massive difference for these students, and will help equip them with skills they can carry on in their postsecondary lives.
