This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In my Algebra class, my students benefit best from modeled examples of key math problems and guided notes. The best way for me, the teacher, to teach these examples is through a document camera.
I will use the camera to project examples onto the screen, so students can see examples of how to solve problems.
Many of my students need visual-spacial support for writing and transferring information to paper, and presenting information and examples in this way will be very helpful. I look forward to modeling step-by-step instructions though high-quality visual support. The copy paper will be used for guided notes and students' copies of the same.
