Picture Books For Inspiring Ideas

My students need 11 picture books to use in writing lessons as an example of what good writing looks like.

My Students

You can make a difference in our classroom by providing wonderful inspiration for writing. Picture books are one of my most important teaching tools. Students can use them for ideas and examples of what to do with their writing.

I have 28 third graders in my class.

Our school is a public school that is feeling the cut backs like everyone else. Our budget doesn't allow for extra resources such as the books listed above. My students can use these picture books for ideas and examples of what to do with their writing.

My Project

Most of my students love to read and many like to write. These picture books will provide a highly visual way to engage students in reading and writing. They deal with almost any topic imaginable, so I am bound to find books that appeal to all students.

Thanks for making a difference in our classroom.

I will prepare fun lesson plans to use with these books. The books will be used year after year. This project will impact many students in future.
