My Project

Every year in our library, students are challenged to read as many award-nominated books as they can. One of their favorites is the Washington Children's Choice Picture Book Award, which honors exceptional picture books for students in grades K-3. I would love to have the 2025 nominees available in the library to meet the need and popularity for them! Teachers, too, love the WCCPBA because the books selected often align with classroom curricula and are excellent to read aloud.

With your support, our students and teachers will have access to some of the best recently published picture books.

Once this project is funded, the books will be in the school library for recreational and educational use.
