My Project

Pickleball, which is one of the fastest-growing sports in the U.S., is a paddle sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and ping pong. Suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels, this sport can be played both indoors and outdoors depending on where you find a court. Some people even repurpose tennis courts in order to play pickleball.

Pickleball is a full-body, cardiovascular workout that has a positive impact on your overall health and well-being.

In fact, one study found that people who played pickleball three times a week for one hour at a time over the course of six weeks showed improvements in cardiorespiratory fitness, cholesterol levels, and blood pressure.
