My Project
Project Title: "Pickleball Nets for All: Empowering Title 1 Schools Through Sports"
Objective: To raise funds to provide pickleball nets and equipment for a Title 1 school, promoting physical activity and community engagement among students.
Students will be able to participate in a pickleball unit during PE and will also benefit during open gym times during their lunch recess.
Our students are great at learning new games and seem very excited to try pickleball. They are actively engaged when we try any paddle or racket sport. As a department we wanted to give them the opportunity to expand their knowledge to one of the hottest new sports around.
