My Project

Anything helps keeping our students active at our STEM School! The original direction of our school for 2023-2024 school year was not to have physical education offered in person on campus. Well, the stakeholders voices were heard and we went live with our PE classes.

We want to build a program that offers various lifetime activities to promote movement and exercise within our school and community.

Our space is very limited and we have some work ahead of us to get creative with fitness. The students are on computers quite a bit during their educational pathway and what better way for a brain break is to get outside and enjoy fun physical activities.

Pickleball lets kids be active in a lower-impact way and the mental stimulation helps with mood stabilization. Kids can play with friends, learn the game and play with their family in the community.
