My Project

I teach in a rural Connecticut town in which the townspeople do not support the school budget. Many of my students come from low income homes and receive free lunch. My students were in second grade when they left school for Covid. They are used to being able to sit in different types of chairs and being able to move whenever they want. I use white board easels in math to help children move around the classroom. This furniture will allow them the ability to choose what type of seat they would like for Science and Academic Access.
