This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In my classroom, I strive to build a positive learning environment where students feel encouraged, supported, and excited to succeed. One of the most effective ways to reinforce good behavior and strong work habits is through meaningful incentives.

With your help, I’d like to stock a variety of student prizes to reward acts of kindness, responsibility, academic effort, and participation.

These prizes serve as powerful motivators, especially for students who benefit from immediate and tangible recognition. Whether it’s a cool pencil, a fidget toy, a sticker, or a small treat, these rewards help students feel seen and valued.

These incentives will be part of our classroom behavior system and will help students make positive choices, work toward goals, and take pride in their achievements. A well-stocked prize box can turn a tough day around and give every child a reason to smile.
