My Students

We are a Title I New York City public school with a very diverse population. We have students that come from different parts of the world. Our school also includes English Language Learners, Special Education, and Gifted and Talented students

My students love music and love playing instruments.

My Project

We are using Music and the Brain Curriculum supplemented by piano Maestro, but we need more small pianos that students can use. Currently, we are having music in the auditorium waiting for our annex building to be built.

Can you help us to get more pianos?

We would be forever grateful!

With your help, students will be able to play more and spend less time waiting for their turns. Once we have more pianos, we would be able to do more composition activities and learn more songs on the pianos.
