This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These pianos will be used in a number of ways! In most situations, music classrooms do not have materials to have a functional piano skills class and this would be the beginning of such a class! The pianos are small enough to fit within the classroom and the over the ear headphones make it possible for teachers and students to work in conjunction with one another. The students have always been interested in the piano and these pianos can be used after concerts, during testing season, and a potential new class!

Due to some staffing changes, these pianos will also go to help out the other music classes at our school as well!
