Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are curious and eager to learn physics. They come from a huge variety of cultures, languages, and economic statuses. This makes for an incredibly rich and vibrant classroom.
When possible I like to have a variety of basics like notebooks, tissues, labels, and other basic supplies.
We also have a large lab and classroom to organize. So the mini drawers and labels allow us to keep the classroom neat. Having labels allow all of us to know what is in the many cabinets and drawers. By having a quick and easy place for students to access basic supplies students spend their time learning.
More than half of students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
