Physical Literacy Fun

My students need these fun and exciting P.E. materials so that we can continue to have a great experience through the rest of the school year. Spikeball, station cards and falling sticks will help!

My Students

The diverse backgrounds of the students at my school creates such a unique learning environment for both the staff and the students.

Ninety-three percent of our students are a part of the free and reduced lunch program, and many have difficult home situations.

The resilient students must overcome many obstacles before even stepping foot into the school building each morning with a mind that is ready to learn.

Since students at my school come from a variety of backgrounds, their fitness levels vary a great deal. As the Physical Education teacher, my goal is to get them excited about being physically active and healthier both in and outside of school! I am hoping that this project will achieve those goals!

My Project

The materials that I am asking for will help my students continue to expand their physical literacy and help them continue down the path that we have started on during this school year. I have been trying to expose my students to as many different sports and activities as I could during the course of the school year and by receiving these materials, that would be no different!

Falling sticks, Rocket launch and Spikeball are incredibly fun games that I have seen played at other schools and would love to bring them to Belle Grove.

The cones and station cards would be extremely helpful on Field Day, the most fun day of the year, if you ask me! I can't wait to see the look on my students faces when they see these new materials!
