Physical Fitness Equipment for Inspiring Students

My Students

My students are passionate, excited, energized and curious learners. In Physical Education, my students come into each class expecting for me, the teacher to deliver an exceptional lesson that sparks their interest and makes them excited to engage in physical activities both inside and outside of class. My students are extremely special students, meaning that they do not only learn the content that our teachers teach them, but they help the teachers and other students become better people. Through the challenging questions they ask, and the divergent solutions they come up with, our students at DHBMS are ones that I am certain will do big things some day!

My Project

This piece of equipment will help all students to learn about calorie counts, as well as how to measure their distance and time relationships / ratios. Students will be learning about different ways to increase their physical fitness levels, that are fun, exciting and worthwhile. My students will be learning how to set goals when it comes to how to increase their physical fitness levels throughout a given time period that those students will determine with help from me. Students will be using this piece of equipment in a series of stations that they will move through. I am confident that by the end of our experiences, using this piece of equipment, students will be efficient in the categories stated above!
