My Project

Early childhood is a critical time to establish movement skills and learn healthy habits. Regular physical activity is vital for healthy growth and development. Kids need physical activity every day to get stronger. Utilizing these toys will create opportunities to exercises. The hoops and hula hoops are fun and easy to use at school and will help involve the entire body. Upper body (arms, chest, shoulders), lower body (legs, calves, quadriceps) and abdominals are all muscle groups that will be involved in these fun home exercises for kids. Help my 22 students start enjoyable workouts to increase endurance and encourage a healthy lifestyle.
