My Project

I teach a 6th grade physical education class. This year I have been working to introduce different types of workouts to my students. We have done some Zumba and some weight lifting, and we have played many different sports. We are starting running soon and I would like to introduce yoga and Pilates.

I am trying to teach my students that just because you don’t like to lift weights doesn’t mean that you can’t work out and stay healthy.

I want to teach my students that there are all kinds of ways to stay active.
