My middle school students in this high-need community currently have no uniforms for their Physical Education class. I strongly believe that motivation is a strong component of success in a P.E. class. With uniforms my students will have a daily reminder of the importance of exercise on their overall wellness.

Without P.E. uniforms many students either do not participate, or don't want to participate in their school clothes. This does not teach basic health principles.

With uniforms these students can participate fully and get the full benefits of a cardiovascular workout while learning lifetime sports.

You will make it possible for my students to not only get heart healthy daily workouts but also teach them responsibility and other life skills.
