Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our students are constantly on devices at school and at home. We want our students to be active and physical as we continue with this school year. They need 100 minutes of Physical Education each week. We want to encourage a healthy mindset by teaching a comprehensive and engaging PE curriculum for all our learners.
Our focus is the health and wellness of our students through physical activities and engaging physical education.
I am requesting the SPARK 3-6 Physical Education Curriculum that will be used by upper grade teachers on campus to motivate our students and get them energized and actively learning. The Spark Inclusive Physical Education Curriculum will benefit our upper-grade students. We will also be able to enhance our exercises with videos and music.
More than half of students from low‑income households
