Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Help my students cultivate language skills with hands-on practice. These resources will help build phonological awareness through tactile interactions manipulating sounds and letters in words. These manipulatives will help students build stronger reading and writing skills. We will sort letters, build words, read words and write sentences.
Having a visual will help students segment and blend sounds together.
My students are very hard workers and show up each day ready to learn. We appreciate your support and consideration for our literacy project and learning. Thank you for your time.
