This project is to support a fresh classroom environment after having a long and productive year of learning. My goals for this project include freshening up our wall decor with Better Than Paper bulletin board coverings and new, laminated letters for each board. We are also in need of new bookmarks for independent reading time, whole class pencil sharpeners that can withstand being used by dozens of students daily, and pens for peer to peer feedback.
This year, my classroom had a wonderful long term substitute for about 4 months, and during that time our classroom materials were completely utilized and reached their full life expectancy.
It was a blessing to know that my students were in good hands, and now I would like to reset our classroom for the remainder of the 2025 school year. This project will help me set a positive tone for the rest of the school year, and also set us up for success next year as well!
