Help me give my students lots of books and opportunities for hands-on activities in science, so they can observe phenomenon and then test them out themselves.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our class is in need for hands-on science materials in our classroom. Your donation would directly impact our students' learning, providing them with the tools to explore and engage with science concepts firsthand.
By having the requested items, books, an erosion stream table kit, and Lakeshore tubs and kits, my goal for the next school year is for students to be actively investigating science and social studies lessons, not just reading about them.
My students love to learn, but will earn a deeper understanding of the science concepts through doing activities. With these items, my students will be able to do and see experiments in their hands, rather than just watching a video.
