This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I am a first-grade teacher at a public school. My students are excited about learning and want to excel in school. I have a large range of learning abilities in my classroom. My students come from diverse backgrounds with a variety of needs.

My students are sweet and they are excited and ready to learn, explore, and take on the world.

My students can't wait to earn a class pet and build a house for them to live in. They will add these fidgets to materials we already have in the classroom to build the home of their dreams for their Squishy Pet.
