Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The students in my class receive specific, individualized therapeutic support throughout the day in an effort to stabilize them and keep them successful in school.

These items will be used throughout the classroom to provide inspiration, encouragement and motivation when they experience any sort of dysregulation.

Some of the items will be tools the students can use to help self-manage, re-regulate and return to their academic classes to continue learning.

It is important to create a personalized setting that allows students to be trusting and vulnerable in order to accept help.
