This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I would like to get more med balls for the weight room because they seemed to get used all of the time and students still ask if we are planning on getting any more because they miss using them. Unfortunately, we had to get rid of what we had because they broke open from normal wear & tear.

The past few years we have had med balls in our weight room and the students really gravitate towards them to help with workouts & individualized training.

We are trying to make our weight room classes a more individualized approach for our athletes/learners and many of them are trying to incorporate med ball workouts into their weekly weight training programs but we don't have the equipment to fulfill their desire.
