My Project

Our school is a PBIS school. We have set building-wide expectations for students. As we go through our school year our team is continuously finding ways to support all students and help them to know these expectations. We do this through boosters for positive behavior, and always a reward when goals are met. As PBIS coaches we look at how to thank students for creating this positive culture.

Our building has around 1,500 students and finding a way to thank them all can be difficult.

We have two whole school assemblies per year and give these prizes to students based on teacher recommendations.
