A first period deserves a little extra love too with a bag of different supplies to see what works best for you and some body positive educational materials. Warm packs are perfect for cramping and tummy upset.
Help me turn a bad day into a better one with much needed supplies! The PTA at my school had generously donated some of these supplies, but I would love to have more to offer. Our state requires us to provide period supplies, so pads and regular tampons aren't a concern for this list. It is all of the little extra things that help make a student's day!
