This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Students like incentives to reward them for getting all their work done correctly on time. I noticed a big improvement in grades when snack incentives involved. My students also enjoy incentives for completing the iReady exam.

My students will feel special that the rewards that are offered are the ones they chose for me to add in this project for them to earn in my class.

My goal is that these incentives will help students try harder so they will love learning in my class and continue to do their best.
