My Students

I am a second grade teacher in a Title I school. Our schools receives 65% free and reduced-price lunch. I teach a wonderful group of children from diverse backgrounds. Our school is one that focuses on global awareness because we are identified as a global school.

My students are curious about the world beyond their own community.

They explore the world through reading, and completing projects utilizing the 4 Cs: creativity, collaboration, communication, critical thinking. I try to make learning and excitement go hand-in-hand in my classroom.

My Project

I have some students who love to work in small groups on the carpet, and others who prefer a quiet nook and some space to work alone. These flexible floor desks will provide the perfect work surface for all of my students!

No matter the assignment, from spelling tests to collaborative group projects, these desks will help my students by giving them a comfortable space to complete the task!

The desks are the perfect size for my second graders! I can not wait to see the smiles on their faces as they use these desks as a comfortable space to learn and grow!
