This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My amazing students live in a diverse, inner-city area with a high poverty rate. With a wide variety of backgrounds, our students work together and bring their unique viewpoints and challenges to the table to help each grow and develop academically, socially, and emotionally.

In addition to STEM projects, my students work collaboratively through project-based learning experiences that allow them to excel at creativity, presenting, and problem-solving.

Shared experiences, class discussions, and an emphasis on perseverance help our classroom culture be welcoming and a place students strive to improve.

My Project

Our students create amazing 3D projects, graphic design materials, and digital presentations. The built-in trackpads on their Chromebooks make navigation of in-depth projects a challenge. With a wireless mouse, students will have greater control and management of their detailed visual projects.

Vlogs, digital presentations, and green screen applications are projects that allow students to integrate performance skills with project-based learning.

Earbuds with built-in mics allow students to create more professional-looking projects as they create video blogs, video performance tasks, and digital proposals and project summaries.

From news style weather reports to persuasive essay vlogs, to a food truck design that incorporates all subjects, these items will help our students excel.
