Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In our class, there is a lot of printing that takes place, both copies of worksheets and small readers as well as cut and pasting projects. By this time of year the school tends to run out of printing paper for the teachers to use in their classrooms. Without the paper, it becomes difficult to differentiate our lessons and give supplemental papers to support our students.
With the perfect printing paper we will be able to create projects and give our students their own personal readers.
When students have access to these supplies it gives them a sense of self, as if these are their own little creations. It makes them motivated to continue to put their best effort into learning.
