My Students

Students at my school will be getting a chance they've never had before! Band! We are starting it up from the ground floor. My students are excited about learning music and an instrument. Music provides an outlet for my students. Our first program will be about 40 students from grades 7-10. We are looking forward to bringing pride to our Cougars! With that being said, larger instruments are expensive. We need help with donations for instruments to get started with!

My Project

Percussionists play on a variety of different instruments when learning different songs. I try to make sure that all of my percussionists have the opportunity to learn all the different instruments. In order for students to be able to learn them, we need to own some! The band program at my school is very new and like most music programs, costly! With your help, we can take some of the load off of the school and acquire the most equipment possible at a faster rate. Music has been purchased throughout the year already. The envelopes will ensure that all the music is kept safe and organized. This is the perfect way to start the music library!
