My Project
First, my students go through pencils like they candy. Students who do not even take my class know they can pop into my room to grab a pencil.
Pencils are a priority in my classroom and whiteout reminds students that it is ok to make errors; errors do not need to be permanent.
In addition to the everyday supplies, this project includes clipboards so I can take my students outside when the weather is nice to work on assignments. The different colored pens are perfect for peer review and annotating different categories. Finally, the sharpies are used throughout the year for creative projects. I tell my students that a project is never finished with pencil; ultra fine tip sharpies allow my students to outline their text, so their project can look finished.
