My Project
It seems like my students never have pencils to write with. 1000 pencils will last quite a long time, and I never want my kids to say they couldn't do work because they didn't have a pencil. I am also asking for a class set of colored pencils that will be used for notes, diagrams, and drawings. This is especially helpful for all the newcomer students in my class. We also need a sharpener to sharpen all these pencils, and we go through at least two a year. I am also asking for pencil boxes to keep supplies (glue sticks, colored pencils, scissors) to be readily accessible when needed by table groups.
