Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students
My hardworking babies exemplify the meaning of taking on a challenge. My students are coming from an extremely rough urban area, but this challenge doesn't stop them from coming to school each day, reaching for their goals and striving for success at an early age.
My students are some of the most hardworking children you will ever meet.
Ask each one of them which college they want to go to and they'll tell you, along with the year they'll graduate.
My Project
Reading, writing and arithmetic are the basic skills that all students need; and with those skills, there are basic supplies that all students need to be successful in attaining those skills.
The supplies that I purchased for students are completely depleted and, with your generous donations, we can get back to capacity.
These supplies can improve learning so much for students. The dry erase boards and markers can increase learning time, the pencils and erasers will be stocked during assessments and writing, and the markers will be accessible during instruction. Teaching and learning will be easier for my students and myself.
