Pencil Munchers

My Project

Wow, students sure do go through pencils quickly in our math class! Every day, they are hard at work solving equations, taking notes, and engaging with challenging mathematical concepts. To keep up with this demand, I am hoping to resupply our classroom’s “secret stash” of pencils so that every child has the tools they need to complete their work without interruption. Additionally, we need a set of dry-erase erasers to support group activities where students collaborate using dry-erase boards to share their problem-solving strategies and learn from one another.

I am fortunate to teach a group of well-behaved students in classes that include many English language learners.

These students are eager to participate and are committed to their learning, but ensuring that all supplies are available helps level the playing field and supports their success. With your help, I can provide these essential materials, allowing my students to focus on their learning without worrying about missing supplies. Your support will make a meaningful difference in my classroom and will be greatly appreciated by every student who benefits from these tools.
