My Project
Each year, I have students who come to school without basic supplies - pencils, paper, backpacks, and more. Teaching in a high-poverty area, many students cannot afford these items. While I do my best to purchase items out-of-pocket for my students, the need is great. The need is real.
With your support and help, students will have access to basic classroom supplies when they need them.
If a student needs a pencil or pen, a pencil or pen will be available. If a student needs a notebook, folder or disinfecting wipe, one will be given to the student. The project will also provide markers and pencils, so students can complete projects in class. Your gift will provide the basics so students can be successful—not only in my classroom but also in their other classes!
