Pedometers In PE

Help me give my students pedometers to use in PE class.

My Students

The students at HMES are great kids. They love learning new things. They enjoy being active and participating in PE. This is a Title One school and it's challenging to have funds for PE. The students could benefit from having a pedometer to see how much they're moving in PE.

My Project

This project will provide pedometers for my students to use and hopefully stay more active in PE class. They will be more motivated to keep moving so they can can see how many steps they're taking during PE class. In turn, it will help them in their classroom to be more focused since they are more active during PE. They'll be more aware of their movements during PE because they will be able to check it on the pedometers they're wearing. It will be a fun way to get students moving each week. It will be a fun competition to see if they can improve their steps each week.
