My Project

I think that it is very important to give students the chance to learn in the way that is best for them. I work hard to differentiate assignments and to provide choices for my students. I provide fidgets, weighted blankets, bouncy bands, flexible seating, and a fit bike for my students.

The most popular seat in my room is my Fit bike, unfortunately, it is old and is now broken beyond repair.

My students still sit on the bike and try to pedal, despite the fact that one of its pedals is no longer functional. This bike is especially helpful for my kiddos who have a lot of energy and have a hard time sitting still while learning. I have found that even sitting on the bike pedaling for 15 minutes has dramatically increased student focus and output.

I would love to buy my students a new bike, I know that they would be so grateful, but I am unable to pay for it myself. Funding for this bike would be so amazing for my students.
