Peace Out, 5th Grade! Middle School, Here We Come!

Help me give my students the decorations and supplies needed to create a graduation celebration to mark the end of their elementary school journey! These kids have worked hard and deserve to be celebrated!

My Project

I am planning for our end of year graduation/celebration. It is going to be bitter sweet because my wonderful students are leaving the 5th grade. This elementary school has been their home for a long time. Therefore, I would like to make the end of this chapter a joyous moment for them. Our school doesn't have a formal celebration for 5th graders, but, I feel that these kids have worked hard and deserve one! I would like to provide my students and their families with a celebration of their elementary school journey.

I would like to have a graduation celebration where my students would be able to celebrate their accomplishments with their families.

I want to provide my students with picture books of fieldtrips and classroom adventures so that they would have something to remember 5th grade by. The decorations would help to create an environment where my students and families feel celebrated.

I want my students to remember the friendships they've built, the successes they've felt, and the challenges they've faced. I want my students and families to remember this journey as they transition to middle school. I want them to know how proud of them we all are!
