Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

A little over a year ago through the generous donations of friends, families, and supporters our school created a Peace Room. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our Peace Room and make it a safe and comforting space for our students.

We often play videos and listen to music to create a calming environment for our students.

We've found that the audio from our laptops and projector speakers is often muffled and difficult to hear. A good Bluetooth speaker will do the trick in amplifying the sound of Peace.
