Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

Our Elementary is filled with active and talented students. Our students are eager to participate in any and all activities to improve their health and wellness. They are open to learning new skills as well as improving on previously learned skills.

Our students participate in many activities that show off their talents and skills.

Our school has a fitness team, softball, and basketball teams and a running program. Students work extremely hard to be successful and competitive at all of these activities.

My Project

My physical education curriculum includes activities that keep the students as active as possible. The equipment in my project will be utilized to allow more students to have the necessary equipment and reduce idle time.

The equipment in this project can be used for many different activities.

The dice are great for throwing games, fitness games, and parachute games. The spot markers are great for making sure students know exactly where they should be during an activity. The multi-color ball pack will give us opportunities for many activities including, but not limited to, football, basketball, dodgeball, baseball, throwing, kicking and rolling activities. The multi-color pack of balls will help students distinguish between their team's ball and the other team's balls.
