My students need 1 portable projector for me to hook up to a phone or tablet. I would be able to show short video clips and example rubrics and assignments.
My gym and classroom is a bright, upbeat positive environment for all of my students to learn and be successful in. I enjoy having my students come into class ready to learn and ready for the next lesson! I have grown to adore my students and want to give them everything I can!
My students live in a very diverse area where school is looked at as a safe and fun environment for them.
My school is very old, but inside the walls has a lot to offer. We are trying to improve the learning environment in any way we can since our building is lacking. We try to create a positive and loving environment. These 7th and 8th graders come to school on a daily basis to enjoy the stability we give them and to be a part of something bigger than themselves. We use every opportunity we can to allow our students to feel like this is home. We treat our kids with respect, and they give it back. We create a positive place for our students and give them the accountability they need. Day in and day out students come to school excited about the new opportunities.
My Project
I am a PE teacher and need help getting the best possible technology resources to improve my instruction, engage students and grow learning!
Being in the gym makes it difficult to use a projector.
I have to hook equipment up with extension cords and multiple pieces of equipment. This takes a lot of time and is not efficient. I want to quickly and easily set up my resources to get students learning faster!
I would like to be able to show videos and examples to my students while in the gym. The portable screen will allow students to have optimal visibility. The Bluetooth speaker will allow me to easily get audio for students to hear videos.
Everything is cordless and done through wi-fi and Bluetooth which will help me get tasks done easier and more often!
