As a physical Education teacher I have the ability to work with so many amazing abilities. They enjoy and having the ability to explore new and exciting games. Many of these students have never had the ability to go bowling or play organized, team games.
Having the ability to explore and expand students interest in new and exciting games opens their world to greater possibilities.
When students have structured play they learn social, emotional and cooperative skills that will follow them they rest of their life.
There are so many possibilities for students to create their own games and use their imagination through a structured setting with positive growth parameters. You can be a part of creating the next generation of team players and outside the box thinkers!
My Project
It will help students to develop and encourage good physical fitness habits, teamwork, interpersonal communication, and provide opportunities to succeed.
When students have access to materials, within a structured setting, they are able to develop their cooperative learning skills, create a positive, sharing environment as well as develop social skills.
These are all skills that they need to have and carrying with them through the rest of their lives.
When students have structured play they are able to discover and develop themselves and who they want to be in life while using their imagination and expressing themselves in a safe environment.
