My Project

I teach Health and PE to our 4th grade students. We rotate classes so I am able to visit each classroom once a week. Our classroom sizes are significantly smaller due to the wildfire tragedy this year. Smaller class sizes mean PE activities can be much more hands-on and interactive. I want to provide some fun team activities for all of our 4th grade students to enjoy.

We will be using these pickleball, badminton, volleyball, and wiffleball sets to get outside and be active while building team skills among students.

These nets can be used for pickleball, badminton, and volleyball. The three nets will allow for multiple students to be active at the same time. The wiffleball sets will be used to teach students how to properly throw and hit a ball. The students will also be able to compete in a full on wiffleball game.

The koosh balls, kooshball rackets, and nerf footballs will be used to practice hand-eye coordination. I believe that all the students will love these activities and enjoy their time while we play them. This will allow them to stay active, build skills, and enjoy my PE/Health lessons. I look forward to teaching the students new skills, sports, and activities!
