My Project
As a passionate PE teacher to a wonderful group of elementary school students in a small Bay Area community, I would love to source new PE equipment for my energetic students who love to move! We are in need of a larger variety of equipment to add new games and activities to our physical education classes. This equipment will be shared with and used by our first through fifth grade students.
Properly equipped PE classes provide students with the tools needed to engage in a variety of activities, from team sports to individual exercises, which improve coordination, balance and overall health!
Access to diverse equipment (i.e., different types of balls, bats, soccer goals) allows educators like myself to design inclusive lessons that cater to various skill levels, ensuring all students can participate and develop a positive attitude towards physical activity. Additionally, PE equipment has been shown to foster an active learning environment where students develop discipline, leadership and problem-solving, contributing to their holistic development both academically and socially.
This new equipment will provide our young students with modern, diverse equipment that supports cardiovascular health, strength-building and flexibility, encouraging lifelong, healthy habits. Thank you for your consideration!
